![]() ![]() I am writing to say that service is really going down hill. If you are confused, imagine how strange this is to me. I talked with a woman that wanted to argue and I now know I have to pay QVC for two shipments and one of the shipments I had already paid for in 2018. I was delighted to see the vitamins and thought one was a replacement for the vitamins I paid for, but then thought I had better call. There was no email alerting me that two were coming. This weekend two boxes of Nature's Code arrived. The second box was damaged and I called Customer Service again and she said to return it and go ahead and pay the bill In calling QVC, they told me to send the first box back, and they replaced it with a second box and you all have this information. This was unusual and the Nature's Code Vitamins always came in sturdy boxes. In 2018 I received two shipments that were damaged at two different times. I am on auto ship for Nature's Code vitamins. Hello: I have never had a problem with QVC, and have been with them since the beginning. Now it will be the 17th! Then I was given the Postal number that turned out to be the UPS number. The "approximate date" was thought to order on the 6th and receive the small package by the 13th. As a business owner who shops for my client base with Amazon, most of the time, and having experienced this lack of consumer are and quality, I WILL NOT SHOP QVC! QVC's communication is the lowest level, with not supplying me with adequate information upfront. A QVC agent offered to refund me $10 for the inconvenience. That will cost me approximately $25 as well as time delay. I am faced with the expense and the time to ship this out of the country to the end user. With one and a half hours spent by me tracing this today, I am told that the package will arrive Wednesday, 7/17. I aimed to deliver this package today to them. The package is destined to go to someone leaving the country 7/13 at night/ overseas flight. I received notification of delivery to be 7/11. I was given a tracking number that turned out to be NOT USPS, but UPS in GA. July 6th, placed order for a Diamonique pendant.
